1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by AK Logistics Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
AK Logistics Solutions provides freight dispatching, supply chain auditing, and fleet maintenance services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of our service is unavailable at any time.
3. Carrier Obligations
Carriers partnering with AK Logistics must maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documentation provided to our dispatchers.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AK Logistics Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
